Yesterday I had a huge chocolate and crisp binge, you know, seeing as I can't have either of them for the next 20 or so days. I'm afraid I'm not doing the diet entirely properly - If that makes sense - as you are meant to do this salt-water flush in the mornings which cleans out your system (It makes you poop), and the laxative tea at night. I am not doing those. Something just doesn't seem appealing about sitting on a toilet for the rest of my life. Well... the diet only lasts 10 days (then it goes on to the orange juice diet, then the veggie soup diet). What it basically is, is a crash diet/fast. All you are allowed to have is this disgusting drink made from Lemon juice, cayenne pepper, maple syrup and water. I must be doing something wrong though, because everyone else who has tried it said that it wasn't that bad, and mine tastes like it's already been processed by a cat. You know they are selling a coffee that's already been through a cat? Weird huh? O.o
Anyway... I'm logging my process of the diet on here... feel free to comment (I doubt anyone will even read this blog but oh well) and if you are doing the diet, or thinking of doing it, good luck!!! Also for those of you who have done it, do you have any tips on how to make it taste slightly less like vomit?
Thanks!
